Acceptance of these terms
By using dosibridge.com, contacting DOSIBridge, or using our public content and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
What DOSIBridge provides
DOSIBridge provides software engineering, AI automation, cloud architecture, developer education, digital transformation consulting, technical content, and related products or services. Some work may be provided through separate written proposals, statements of work, invoices, or platform-specific agreements.
Website content
Our articles, tutorials, examples, roadmaps, and technical notes are provided for general information and education. Technology changes quickly, and you should test any code, configuration, or architecture before using it in production.
Client projects and professional services
- Project scope, delivery dates, fees, payment terms, ownership, support, and maintenance should be confirmed in writing before work starts.
- Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, estimates are not final commitments until both sides approve the scope and commercial terms.
- Client-provided credentials, source code, infrastructure access, business data, and documents must be accurate and legally shareable with DOSIBridge.
Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or try to bypass security controls on our website or services.
- Do not send malware, spam, illegal content, stolen data, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not use our services to build, deploy, or promote systems intended for fraud, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or unlawful access.
Accounts, integrations, and platform rules
If a DOSIBridge app connects to a third-party platform such as LinkedIn, Google, GitHub, Meta, or YouTube, you are also responsible for following that platform’s terms. We may suspend or remove access if required by platform policy, security risk, misuse, or legal obligation.
Intellectual property
The DOSIBridge name, logo, website design, original content, and brand materials belong to DOSIBridge or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent our materials without permission. Open-source materials, if any, are governed by their own licenses.
Third-party links and tools
Our website may link to third-party platforms, tools, videos, repositories, documentation, or partner services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or policies.
Payments and refunds
Paid work is governed by the quotation, invoice, proposal, or separate agreement accepted by the client. Refunds, revisions, cancellation rights, support periods, and handover terms should be handled through that written agreement.
No warranty
The website and public content are provided as-is. We try to keep information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that any public example will fit your exact business or production environment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DOSIBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, public content, third-party services, or unauthorized misuse of systems.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, laws, or platform requirements change. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
