Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to ask DOSIBridge to delete personal data related to website use, contact forms, newsletters, support, or authorized platform integrations.
Last updated: June 14, 2026
When to use this page
Use this page if you want DOSIBridge to delete personal data connected to our website, contact forms, newsletter records, support requests, or authorized third-party integrations such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, GitHub, or similar platforms.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us which service or integration the request relates to, for example website contact form, LinkedIn integration, newsletter, support request, or project inquiry.
- Send the email from the same address you used with DOSIBridge where possible. If that is not possible, include enough information for us to verify the request safely.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, national ID numbers, or sensitive credentials in the deletion request.
What we delete
- Contact form messages and related communication records where deletion is legally and operationally possible.
- Newsletter or marketing records connected to your email address.
- App or platform integration records that DOSIBridge controls, including stored profile, email, lead, or authorization-related data where applicable.
- Support records that are no longer needed for an active service, security investigation, legal obligation, or accounting record.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute records, backups, or legitimate business records. If we cannot delete something immediately, we will restrict it where practical and explain the reason.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete valid requests as soon as practical. Complex requests, backup deletion, identity verification, or third-party platform limitations may take longer.
Revoking platform access
You can also revoke platform access directly inside the relevant account settings, such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, GitHub, or YouTube. Revoking access stops future access, but you should still contact us if you want existing records deleted from DOSIBridge systems.
Contact DOSIBridge
